Light, bright and airy, this beach home with sea views forever, easy entertaining and separate spaces to relax in, is perfect for a family holiday or friends vacationing together. The large lawn, swimming pool, and wind protected boma area with pizza oven and barbecue make this space great for outdoor holiday fun. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area offers a space to congregate in or retreat to, and with 1 of 2 TV lounges to relax and unwind in after a day on the breathtaking Llandudno beach.

Upon arrival and a walk down the stairs from the entrance your breath will be taken away by the over 180-degree view of the mountain and sea. A true WOW factor!

On the entrance floor you will find the garage and outside parking. You will enter and walk down to the first floor. The first floor is very modern and open plan with a kitchen center island, a seating area and a dining area. Behind the kitchen is the scullery and just to the left a very large TV room with a wood burning fireplace for winter nights. The floor to ceiling windows create the feeling of space and openness. You can exit onto the veranda and from there you can go down to the garden where you will find a pool and an amazing boma area with a pizza oven, barbecue and dining area. You will spend most of your time outside lapping up the views and jumping in and out of the pool on a hot summer days.

Downstairs is where all the bedrooms are which exit off another large tv lounge open area. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has a queen and the main room has a king size bed. The main bedroom has an adjacent office with a work space that you can make use of. Off the tv lounge space you can head straight outside through bi-fold doors directly to the garden and pool.

The kitchen has all Smeg Appliances – double oven, double door fridge, dishwasher, integrated microwave and integrated under counter bar fridge

TV lounges have access to Netflix, Showmax and DSTV (this has all the sport channels)

One of the best beaches in Cape Town is a 5 minute walk down the hill. Here you can sun tan, swim and surf.

One is a short trip away from Cape Town City Centre and Constantia with its world-famous wine farms.
